The Brief
Gema Fast is a precision fasteners specialist based in Lelystad, operating since 1976. They work with specialty alloys like Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Duplex for critical industrial applications. Their old website hadn't been updated in years and didn't reflect the quality of their products or the depth of their metallurgical expertise. Engineers and procurement teams couldn't find what they needed, and the product range was effectively invisible online.
Structured Product Catalog
We organized Gema's entire product range into a browsable catalog structured by metal family: Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Duplex, and Messing. Each material card shows the alloy designation, a technical description, and its industrial applications. Filter tabs at the top let engineers jump straight to the material they need. The structure mirrors how procurement teams actually search: by material, not by product category.
Technical Depth Per Material
Each product page delivers the technical detail that engineers expect: chemical composition tables, mechanical properties, key characteristics, and industrial applications. Share and print buttons let procurement teams send specs directly to colleagues. Breadcrumb navigation keeps the hierarchy clear. This is the kind of product presentation that positions Gema as a technical authority, not just a supplier.
Visual Editor with Auto-Translation
Gema manages all website content through a visual editor in the client portal. Click any text or image on the live site, edit it directly, and see the changes in real time. Write the update in one language and it automatically translates to all six languages the site supports: Dutch, English, Chinese, Bulgarian, Russian, and German. No developer needed, no copy-pasting between translation files. The entire site stays consistent across every language with a single edit.
