The Brief

Evelyne Fontaine is a Belgian travel content creator with 50+ brand collaborations including Samsung, Red Bull, Amazon, and GetYourGuide. She needed more than a portfolio site. She needed a platform that showcases her work with real performance data, lets her community sign up for group trips, and gives brands a clear picture of what she delivers. The old setup was scattered across social platforms with no central hub, no way to manage trip signups, and no professional media kit.

Dynamic Video Portfolio

The portfolio page is built around video, not static images. Every campaign card shows a poster frame that plays the actual video on hover, with real view counts pulled from campaign data. Brands see the work AND the numbers in the same place. Category filters let visitors browse by Travel, Fashion, Events, Lifestyle, and Tech. Clicking a card opens a full-screen lightbox with the video player and campaign performance stats. This is the page that turns brand inquiries into signed deals.

Portal-Managed Content

Every collaboration on the website is managed from the Nurani client portal. Evelyne adds new brand deals, uploads media, sets performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares), and toggles featured status. The portfolio dashboard shows 54 items with 4.1 million total views at a glance. Each entry can be categorized by Travel, Fashion, Events, Lifestyle, or Tech, and filtered by media type. When she publishes a new collaboration in the portal, it appears on the website instantly with the right category, metrics, and media.

Group Trip System

Evelyne runs group trips where her community travels with her. Peru, New York, Tanzania, Japan. We built a complete trip management system: each destination gets its own page with dates, itinerary, hero image, and an online signup form with questionnaire. Signups flow directly into the portal where Evelyne manages applications, tracks statuses, and sends automated email notifications. The dashboard shows all trips at a glance with signup counts per destination, confirmed attendees, and email collection totals. 22 signups collected so far, all managed from one place.

Travel Calendar

A custom interactive calendar shows where Evelyne is every day of the year. The portal version lets her manage 202 travel days across 16 countries and 18 trips, with color-coded dots for each destination. On the website, visitors see the full schedule at a glance with country flags marking each destination. The trips page shows upcoming and past adventures with signup cards, and the content section hosts travel guides and her latest YouTube vlogs. The entire site runs in four languages (Dutch, English, French, Spanish) to match her international audience.

Live Insights

The portal gives Evelyne real-time visibility into her website performance. The insights dashboard tracks visitors, search clicks, engagement rate, top traffic sources, and conversions. She can see that Instagram is her primary traffic driver, monitor which portfolio items get the most attention, and track how many visitors convert into trip signups or brand inquiries. No switching between analytics platforms or guessing what works.

The Result

Before the new platform, Evelyne had no way to manage group trip signups, no central portfolio with performance data, and no professional media kit for brands. Within three days of the website going live, she collected over 20 trip signups through the built-in signup system. She now manages her entire group trip operation from the portal: adding new destinations, tracking signups, and sending automated confirmation emails. Her portfolio stays current the same way: she adds a new brand collaboration in the portal and it appears on the website instantly with the right category, media, and metrics. No developer needed, no waiting. The platform turned scattered social content into a professional system she fully controls.
