1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Nurani Studio, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 82209812, located at Bronsweg 17, 8211 AL Lelystad, Netherlands.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version always applies.

2. Services

Nurani Studio provides custom web design, webshop development, custom software development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Our free strategy report is provided without obligation. You are not required to proceed with a project after receiving the report.

3. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT (BTW) unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all rights to the custom work created for your project transfer to you. This includes the website design, custom code, and content created specifically for your project.

Nurani Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, software libraries) remain subject to their respective license terms.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Hosting and maintenance

Monthly hosting and maintenance services are billed monthly. Either party may terminate the hosting agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with a copy of your website files and assist with migration if requested.

7. Liability

Nurani Studio is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (hosting providers, payment processors, etc.) or force majeure events.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Lelystad, Netherlands.
